Ø. First Transaction Promo
For the new registered account, you are eligible to receive IDR 50.000 off in your first online transaction. This promo is only obtained for non-discounted products and not applicable for any PRODUCT’s category (bags) and T-SHIRTS's category. Please note that the promo is automatically added to cart in your total payment, if you made first transaction with discounted products the promo will not be added for your next online transaction.
HEIM will not sell, or share your personal information or billing address to third-parties. Billing address, Account number and information will always be securely kept in our databases. Orders, payments and shipping are all personally taken care off by the team and your information will be kept secure.
I. On Registration Requirements
Registration is recommended for users of our website, to make use of some services and features available on our site, such as purchasing and returning of items, and to partake in future features, promotions and events that may require us to have your valid, most presently updated information that includes and is not limited to your full real name, contact number, email address, etc. In the event of newer available information or change in contact details, please update your personal information as soon as possible in our website to avoid mishaps. Be sure to keep your account password unique and secure, and please do notify our team through email@example.com if any unauthorized usage of your account occurs or any breach of security happens.
II. On Warranty, Returns and Refund
Terms of Warranty and Returns : 1 week (7 days) from date of arrival.
In the event of any defects your item suffers on arrival, we are happy to replace them with the same item or another of the same value as long as the item delivered to you still complies with our terms and conditions. Upon arrival of product, please check first if any defects are present on item(s).
However, returns are not possible/this warranty does not cover items that :
• Have defects after being worn/used
• Have been washed
• Have stains
• Have odor
• Have been altered in anyway possible by you, or another party outside of Heim
• Is missing the product tag
• Is missing the packaging that came along with it
• Is missing the receipt
• Is sale item
• Is not returned in 7 days
Items that are returned cannot be refunded. Items that are paid cannot be refunded, however it is possible to return and exchange with other item that has same value. If there are a failure in our inventory system such as missing stock or stock empty but the customers has paid the order then the missing items are allowed to be refunded by our HEIM Team. However, if the customer order and paid an available items and unavailable items, only the unavailable items will be refunded.
III. Trading of Goods
a. Purchasing Eligibility
To purchase items on our website, you are required to register as a member of weareheim.co and provide us with some of your most recently updated and valid personal information including and is not limited to your full real name, contact number, email address, shipping and billing address, etc. and that you confirm and hold responsibility for all the information you submit to our website. You also have to agree that HEIM has the rights and may use your personal identification to conduct any necessary background check to prevent any misconducts or fraudulent attempts that are directed to the company. We also have the rights to band said credentials in our site to stop further behaviour.
At the moment, we only accept bank transfers/debit card payments due to the scale of our operations. For international payments, please refer to firstname.lastname@example.org
c. Purchasing Methodology
To purchase our goods online, simply go to weareheim.co and go to the online store. Choose the item you are interested in, put in cart and check out when you have finished your orders.
Upon receiving your orders, we will send a confirmation mail to your registered, valid e-mail address, along with our bank transfer number and receipt which will aid in troubleshooting your order in case something goes awry.
Shipping will commence at least 1 (one) day after payment has been received, on working days (Monday - Friday). Orders whose payment has been received on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on the same day or on Monday the week after depends on the office traffic. We do not ship on public holidays.
When making an order outside of Indonesia, you may contact us at email@example.com and we will set up a deal on shipping address, shipping fees and payment method of choice.
You are welcome to use our product photos in our website for your blogs, e-magazines or newsletters and any form of social media for reviewing, promotion or other purposes as long as you link back the photos to our website and state that it is the intellectual property of HEIM. Photos must not be altered in anyway possible. All rights reserved.

Q: WHERE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE?
A: All of our clothing is designed and manufactured in Jakarta and Bandung, Indonesia. Our fabrics are made by the most reputable purveyors of textiles globally.
Q: WHAT IS YOUR SOURCING AND DESIGN PHILOSOPHY?
A: It all started by looking bunch of living space pictures at the social media. We love to see specific home designs and we started to wonder: what kind of people that actually living in those space/home? Then we began to put our own perspective about a ‘proper’ home. We wanted everyone to have a same understanding with us when we describe the word home, that’s why the named it Heim which means Home in Icelandic language. Heim is a home and apparel collective established in June of 2013. We are group of young artists and business-minded creatives, aiming to cast aside the hype and trends business lie on this present day. Originally adapted from Icelandic atmosphere, Heim is evolving towards a more Northern European and Japanese approach as we explore our influences deeper. We finally creating a range of products that we think essentials for our home. The design process is always long, from simple sketches and then gather the best fabric and material, making Heim is an eclectic collection of timeless silhouette, comfort and functional products for the true individuals.
Q: WHAT IS YOUR DESIGN PROCESS?
A: Our design process is long, yet love filled. All of our pieces are designed in our Jakarta studio. In most cases, we find our fabrics around the globe. Once the fabric is there and the design is ready, we work closely and collaboratively with our artisans, to ensure we achieve just the right level of aesthetic, quality, and craftsmanship. Once the fabrics are completed, they are shipped to Jakarta where we perfect every seam and curve of a garment to ensure a perfect fit, before going into small-batch production with our high-end manufacturers.

Q: WHAT DO YOUR FABRICS FEEL LIKE?
A: We place emphasis on how a fabric looks, and feels. Our traditional textiles are delicately made of fine quality of linens and hand-spun cotton. Our modern textiles vary in content, but always feature the highest quality yarns that are rich in texture. All of these attributes contribute to how good a fabric feels.
Q: HOW DOES HEIM FIT?
A: We work hand-in-hand with our artists and fashion designer, spending hours fit testing every size. We go above and beyond the standard development process to guarantee a perfected fit in each of our pieces.
Q: WHAT SIZE AM I?
A: We get it, we all come in different shapes and sizes, so we realize finding the right fit may be difficult. Our garments fit true to size and sometimes always bigger than the regular size so we suggest taking your usual size. Q: HOW DO YOU ENSURE QUALITY?
A: We examine all of our fabrics and products closely to ensure the natural defects and imperfections of our fabrics are within our high standards of quality control.
Q: WHY DOES MY GARMENT NOT LOOK EXACTLY AS PICTURED?
A: The majority of our products feature linen fabrics that are created by skilled artisans. Because of this, color, texture and appearance vary, adding to the natural beauty of our craftsmanship. Far from being considered defects, these unexpected aspects make the garment unique.
Q: HOW DO I CARE FOR MY HEIM PIECES?
A: Always store your linens and cottons with a few drops of silica gel to prevent aging and color changing. Keep it cool and dry. Do not wash with hot/warm water as it may cause defect and shrinking. Just use regular machine wash setting for daily washing or stick with the traditional way, by hand-wash. We highly recommend dry clean only. This ensures the longevity of your garment.
